MN Served LLC was founded by Farah Lucas in 2020. Before creating MN Served LLC, Farah was a paralegal focused in the areas of real estate, landlord and tenant, family law, and civil litigation. Farah's extensive legal background started at the age of 16 when she was first hired as a legal secretary at a law firm in NYC. In 2010, Farah moved to Minnesota and continued her career as a paralegal while serving process part-time. Farah has since become a full-time process server and continues to utilize her unique knowledge of how the legal system works and what is needed in order to get the job done right.

When creating MN Served LLC, Farah had a vision to provide exemplary, reliable services at a great price.  Having dealt with many litigation support companies in her role as a paralegal, Farah noticed that there was always two common problems - customer support and surprise fees.  There was always a problem with getting a hold of someone who could give a status update or even confirm that documents were received and that someone was working on your matter.  You also never knew how much a service was going to cost until the work was completed.  At Lucas Legal LLC, our number one goal is to keep you informed.  We utilize state-of-the-art software that sends you notifications at every step.  We confirm receipt of documents and we get to work right away.  Our flat rates are designed to keep your costs down and our bills never have surprise fees.  We don't charge for mileage and we don't charge for printing.  The fee that you are quoted, is the fee you will pay - no more, no less.
