Service of Process

Specializing in service of process, MN Served LLC understands the importance of getting the job done in the most expeditious, efficient and cost-effective way as possible. We utilize state-of-the-art software that notifies you the minute a service attempt is made and we provide you with GPS coordinates and photograph/video evidence to ensure no service is contested. All services are provided on a personal level, which means your contact is the actual person handling your request.

We make up to three (3) separate service attempts, once in the morning, once at mid-day, and once in the evening between the hours of 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, to increase the likelihood that service of process is complete.  We are also able to make attempts at an individual's home, work, or another location upon request.  We offer direct contact with the process server so any service attempts can be efficiently coordinated.

Registered Agent

When a business or individual is authorized to accept service of process on behalf of a party named in a lawsuit, they become a registered agent. We make routine stops to many registered agent offices, including Registered Agents, Inc., CT Corporation and Corporation Service Company (CSC) and know their requirements for accepting service of process as a registered agent.

Minnesota Secretary of State

The Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State will accept and forward service of process for both domestic and foreign companies when a registered agent cannot be found.  We are familiar with the Secretary of State's process and fees and can get service accomplished through the Secretary of State if a registered agent cannot be found..

Once we have received the papers to be served, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt. We will create a file, verify the service address, and make a first attempt as soon as practicably possible..

We will contact you when your party has been served or if we are encountering difficulties serving the party. You will also receive real-time updates on service attempts by email.

Once service has been completed, we will provide you with an electronic copy of a tailor-made, case-specific affidavit of service detailing who was served, when and where they were served, and any other pertinent information. Our affidavits meet or exceed court requirements. Hard copies can also be provided upon request.

All flat rates for service of process include up to three (3) service attempts and include the Affidavit of Service, Affidavit of Non-Service, Affidavit of Not Found, Proof of Service, or Return of Service.
